Kimberly is pleased to be a founding partner of Renaissance Design and Construction, LLC and is blessed to have a partner like Stephen to work with. Kimberly has spent most of her life in the design/construction industry. As a teenager, she started out designing window treatments, and managing her own workroom. It didn’t take long before she evolved into residential construction. Designing living spaces for clients, and helping them realize their dreams is one of her greatest joys.
Kimberly attended College at Montana State University. She has lived in many places in the US and spent several years living abroad in Indonesia. She has been the designer for several builders, and has owned her own design firm for the last 22 years. She has designed and has been the project manager for several new homes, however, her main focus has been designing and project managing multiple high-end home remodeling projects. Kitchens, bathroom, whole house, space planning and exterior structures, are her specialty.
Kimberly is married to her husband Randy, and they have 2 daughters, 2 sons, 1 son-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law, and 3 beautiful grandchildren. They reside in Richmond, TX.
Stephen has spent his entire professional career in the property management and construction industry. Taking the step in 2019 to begin Renaissance Design and Construction was simply the result of years of professional growth and coming together with a business partner that complimented his skills. With this duo, the process of “Bringing Your Home to Life” has never been easier.
Stephen graduated from the University of Houston in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He immediately began his real estate career with Grubb and Ellis Co., as a Commercial Office Lease Negotiator. With a strong desire to learn residential construction, Stephen eventually transitioned to residential home lending, new home sales, and custom home building. After six years of custom home building, Stephen transitioned into project management and sales of remodeling projects, with a focus on high-end kitchen, bathroom, and exterior remodels.
Stephen is married to his wife Brandy, and they have three children; Nicholas, Macie, and Noah. They reside in Pearland, Texas.
