Our Clients Love Us.
We are honored to work for so many wonderful clients. Maintaining satisfied clients is our #1 priority.
Even though we had a good plan when we started our kitchen/family room remodel, we didn’t know how much we needed a professional designer until we met Kimberly. She altered our massive island plans for maximum use, added an appliance garage and redesigned our old pantry. She guided us through each decision – from hardware to cabinet doors, to backsplash and paint. She offered suggestions for things that we had never considered or even knew could be done. Her recommendation to encase and frame our large family room windows was an incredible improvement to the room. There are too many examples of her influence to list, but each ultimately enhanced every aspect of our rooms. Kimberly visited every day (sometimes more than once) to check on us and her crews to ensure the entire project would be perfect. We would not have had such an incredible remodel without her!

Thank you for the work you did on my mother’s house. We were very pleased with the work. Your workers were very polite and eager to please!
"We started our bathroom project like most people would, by hiring a company to come out and give us some space planning ideas. We have been in the house for over 20 years and have always hated the master bathroom. After reviewing our space this company came back to us with some space planning ideas. Unfortunately, even after getting "professionally developed" plans, we just couldn't get comfortable with the plans we were offered, so we made a call to Renaissance Design and Construction. When Kimberly came in and saw the space and the plans, she told us that the plans we were offered wouldn't work in that space and why. She was able to present us with plans that not only worked in our space and were exactly what we needed and wanted, but she also saved us money by not moving the toilet all the way across the room! We LOVE our new bathroom!”
"When we started to think about remodeling our kitchen, we began to look at purchasing a new house and actually considered selling and purchasing a new home that provided us with an open concept floor plan we were searching for. But because we truly loved our current location, we decided to remodel instead and hired Renaissance Design and Construction to design the space to fit our needs and build the kitchen of our dreams. They removed a back staircase which allowed us to create more space in the kitchen, and they took out a wall and added a beautiful beam between the dining room and living room, which created the truly "open concept" kitchen that we wanted. Kimberly designed cabinets to fit the new space and gave us not only beautiful, but functional and efficient cabinets that truly fit our needs. I didn't have any idea how inefficient my kitchen was until I started working in my newly remodeled and professionally designed kitchen. Now my husband and I actually enjoy cooking together instead of fighting for prep space and bumping into each other. It truly changed the way we live, spend time with family and entertain."
Renaissance Designs completed a kitchen “upgrade” that transformed our kitchen and the adjoining family room.We bought a lovely home in Pecan Grove with a dark, tired, and worn-out kitchen--unattractive to look at, no counter workspace, and dysfunctional. After living with it for a year, we called Renaissance Designs when a friend referred them to me after working with Kimberly and Steve on the re-design and construction of her kitchen.
The footprint of our kitchen didn’t change, but the space was transformed by Kimberly’s imagination. In utilizing the available space, she created two counter-top workspaces that didn’t seem possible! She deleted the outdated closet pantry and replaced it with a double pantry with pull-out drawers and a pocket pull-out pantry. Her imagination saw a great counter-top workspace was possible if the oven/microwave combo were repositioned. She recommended that we bring the island bar space down to one level to create an inviting space to gather.
So many more great ideas and excellent workmanship have given us beautiful “hub” in our home…a place to create good food, a place to gather, and most of all, a place that is a pleasure for the entire family and our friends to enjoy.
