OUR STORY: RDC COMPANY
Stephen and Kimberly, while entering the construction industry, followed distinct paths. Kimberly’s experience was deeply hands-on, involving tasks like wielding hammers, laying tiles, fitting plumbing fixtures, and even maneuvering a cherry picker, even during pregnancy, to hoist trusses for house construction. Her design background was equally tactile, encompassing activities such as crafting window treatments, reupholstering furniture, designing custom cabinetry, and planning entire home spaces. Her remarkable skill lay in discerning subtle differences between shades like “pearl,” “powder,” “cotton,” and “daisy.”
On the other hand, Stephen’s career predominantly revolved around construction project management, overseeing the construction of hundreds of new production and custom homes. Through this experience, he gained profound insights into the construction process. Stephen not only learned what works effectively for clients but also, just as importantly, what pitfalls to avoid by observing others’ mistakes. This expertise allowed him to consistently deliver top-quality results and ensure a satisfying customer experience.
As a result, Renaissance Design and Construction came into existence. Although Stephen and Kimberly had taken different routes, their combined skills and abilities enabled them to cater to the diverse needs of their many satisfied clients. They took immense pride in their team of artisans and craftsmen and were eager to assist you in turning your dream home into a reality.
